2019年叙利亚外交形势与外交政策分析

Abstract:2019 is a year of important changes in Syria’s diplomatic situation. Russia and Iran’s support for the Bashar regime in Syria remains firm，but their differences over the Syrian issue have also begun to emerge；the United States withdrew its troops from northern Syria，but still retained a certain military presence. Turkey has increased its influence in Syria by marching into northern Syria and defending the Idlib Syrian opposition. Israel’s strike against Iranian military forces in Syria is still intact；relation between the Syrian government and the Arab League continue to improve. The diplomatic situation in Syria has improved. At the same time as favorable changes have taken place in the diplomatic situation，the Syrian government has also implemented a more independent and pragmatic foreign policy.
