文章摘要：2019年，在新西兰内政中，资本利得税、移民与难民、零碳、基督城恐袭与控枪等议题占据关键位置；在外交上，处理与中、美、澳等大国的关系，重视气候变化，力推“太平洋重置”计划，发展自由贸易等则是其关注的优先事项。在全球民粹主义浪潮兴起与影响增强的背景下，新西兰的内政外交在一定程度上呈现左派进步特征。2020年的大选，及其所属地区战略环境的新变化，将进一步影响新西兰未来的政治发展。
