中国环渤海湾区主要城市绿色全要素生产率时空变化及影响因子分析

Abstract:Based on the panel data of major cities in the Bohai Bay region of China from 2005 to 2016，this paper uses the super SBM model and the major environmental pollution index as undesirable output to measure the green total factor productivity （GTFP），of major cities in the Bohai Bay region of China and analyze the reasons for the changes from the slack value of input and output factors.Studies have shown that the GTFP values of Beijing，Qingdao，Yantai，Tianjin，Dalian，Shijia-zhuang，Tangshan and Qinhuangdao are relatively high and the fluctuations are relatively large；the GTFP values of Jinan，Weihai，Dongying，Baoding and Shenyang are relatively small and the fluctuations are small.Redundancy in labor input，capital input，energy input，excess GDP output，and level of pollution emissions redundancy are the causes of fluctuations of GTFP in major cities in the Bohai Bay region.
