Abstract:As the supporting system，mature elements and development environment in artificial intelligence industry are better and better，Shanghai has entered in an important window period of innovation and development，and the integration of link and empowerment with the real economy are accelerated. But it also faces many bottlenecks，such as the insufficient in the basic innovation，lack of leading enterprises，talent support to be strengthened，and the system and mechanism to be optimized. In the future，Shanghai should take the opportunity of “the transition from weak intelligence to strong intelligence”，take advantage of the trend of “three tasks and one platform”，focus on the development direction of innovation source，application scenarios，leading enterprise，and promote the healthy and vigorous development of artificial intelligence，promote the high-quality development of Shanghai and Yangtze River Delta.
