推动中国版权贸易高质量发展的对策研究

Abstract:Copyright trade is an important way to build a strong trade country in China.In recent years，China's copyright trade has made positive development，and the number of copyright trade has grown rapidly.Copyright trade market extends to countries along the Belt and Road.Driven by digital technology，China's digital copyright trade is growing rapidly，and the electronic publication copyright trade is accelerating.In the process of the rapid development of copyright trade in China，there are still some problems in the copyright trade，such as the trade structure to be optimized，the imbalance between the export and import of copyright，and the concentration of the overseas market of copyright trade.This paper holds that the main factors affecting the development of copyright trade in China are creative output capacity，intellectual property protection brought about by digital technology，cultural differences and national policies.In the future，we should focus on four aspects：creative talents related to the copyright industry，protection of digital copyright intellectual property rights，overseas communication of Chinese culture and international cooperation in copyright trade，so as to promote the high-quality development of China's copyright trade and support the construction of a powerful country in service trade.
