2019年中国互联网企业海外投资分析

Abstract:This report takes Chinese Internet listed companies in 2019 as the research object，making quantitative analysis of their oversea investments from three dimensions：overall analysis，investment regions analysis and investment modes analysis. According to the results of quantitative analysis，this section also makes qualitative analysis and provides conclusions and suggestions. From the perspective of the overall analysis，the total amount of overseas investment of Chinese Internet listed companies has decreased slightly in 2019. From the perspective of investment regions，the United States，Europe and Southeast Asia occupy the most quota of overseas investment. From the perspective of overseas investment modes，mergers and acquisitions are more popular investment mode for internet companies. At the end of 2019，the oversea investment of Chinese Internet listed companies faced with several challenges，such as the outbreak of the epidemic，the economy of most countries in the world fell into a downturn，the increased risks of political instability and political changes in the target countries and regions. Especially the government of the United States and India issue some policy and take malicious suppression against Chinese Internet companies. Due to these issues，the overseas development strategies of Chinese Internet companies are temporarily blocked. In order to fighting with these challenges，Chinese Internet companies should develop the technical power and strengthen the economic base.
