文章摘要：2019年，越南对本国文化发展战略进行了总结与更新。新战略草案中特别关注融入国际社会和工业4.0问题。越南继续大力保护民族文化遗产、弘扬民族文化，重视法治文化氛围的营造；积极推进文化外交与经济、政治外交间的互动，加强与国际组织的联系与合作，以多种形式对外宣传越南文化。
