Abstract:2019 is the first year of the Malaysian PH government in power. The new government faces more challenges，the domestic political situation is not stable，and some hot topics involving language，culture and ethnic relations continue to ferment. In general，Malaysia’s cultural undertakings have achieved certain development，various cultural activities have flourished，and the cultural ecology of multiple symbiosis has continued. The revision of the old National Cultural Policy of 1971 was put on the agenda. New progress has been made in applying to UNESCO for the World Intangible Cultural Heritage. International cultural cooperation and exchanges have deepened.
