文章摘要：英国位于欧洲西北部，历史原因和区位优势决定了当初日不落帝国的辉煌，同时也奠定了如今英国海洋产业的发展基础与国际地位。本报告采用欧盟蓝色经济报告（2019年、2020年）等最新数据，通过对英国海洋经济的发展环境、发展规模、产业结构和影响因素及主导产业的分析，对英国主导海洋产业发展前景进行预判，并对英国海洋经济发展形势进行分析与展望。最后，从税收支持、海洋商务服务与涉海法律与海洋标准方面对我国海洋经济发展提出建议。
Abstract:The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland，located in the northwest of Europe，is a typical island country. Its geographic endowment determines the glorious days of the Empire on which the sun never sets，and the development of its marine industry.
