海洋经济试验示范区发展水平分析

Abstract:the State Council has successively set up five provincial-level marine economic development experimental demonstration zones in Shandong，Zhejiang，Guangdong，Fujian and Tianjin. Since the approval，these experimental demonstration zones have achieved great development results. However，the overall development level of these demonstration zones needs to be further improved，and the development trend is not stable. In order to ensure the sustainable development in the future，we should increase the number of policies to promote the marine economy and social development，increase the investment in marine resource and environmental governance，improve the benefit and efficiency of coastline utilization，vigorously develop and utilize the deep sea area，further develop the land economy，and pay attention to reduce the epidemic influence of new corona virus pneumonia.
