中国海洋经济高质量发展水平分析

Abstract:The high-quality development of Marine economy is guided by the five development concepts and realizes the five changes of “concept，power，structure，efficiency and quality” through the triple innovation of “idea-technology-system”，which is different from the traditional development model of Marine economy. Based on the new connotation of the new era of ocean economy development，the new characteristics and new form，this report have constructed the marine economy development level of high quality assessment system surrounding Marine economy development “five in one” high quality core essential factor and designed a marine economic aggregate index，marine economic structure index，marine economy innovation ability index，the index of green degree of marine economy，marine economic openness degree and degree of marine economy share index. Finally，this report analyzed the marine economy development level and trend of high quality，and proposed the suggestions about high-quality development of China’s marine economy.
