南部海洋圈海洋经济发展形势分析

Abstract:The Southern Ocean circle is an important area for China to open up to the outside world and participate in economic globalization. This area has the characteristics of vast sea area，rich resources and prominent strategic position. This not only brings many opportunities for the marine economic development of the Southern Ocean circle，but also brings a lot of challenges for the development of its marine economy. Firstly，this paper analyzes the current situation of marine economic development in the Southern Ocean circle by constructing a panel model. Secondly，it uses the methods of incremental analysis，convergence analysis and correlation analysis to explore the characteristics of marine economic development in the Southern Ocean circle. Finally，it focuses on the analysis of the development situation of the marine economy in the Southern Ocean circle. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of marine economy in the Southern Ocean circle.
