韩国国际医疗旅游发展：现状、问题与经验启示

Abstract:ROK has rapidly developed into an internationally renowned medical tourism destination in a short period，with successful experiences and problems. In particular，the surge in the number of Chinese tourists visiting ROK has exposed a number of problems，such as the limited reception capacity of the medical industry，the frequency of illegal intermediaries，the asymmetry of information and public controversy. The development mode of ROK’s international medical tourism is led by national government and is dominated by private medical enterprises. The government guides and supports all kinds of medical enterprises to actively carry out foreign patients receiving business and export medical technology and services overseas business from the perspective of top-level design，such as legal policy guarantee，related department synergy，international standard certification，patient rights protection，professionals cultivation，brand propaganda and promotion，medical tourism product development and overseas market exploitation，which have some enlightening effect on the China’s international medical tourism development.
