生态文明建设的全方位落实与重点攻坚（2016～2017年）

Abstract:the year 2016 or even the whole 13th Five-Year Plan period represents not just a critical node of China’s environmental protection and the change of its environmental situation，but also a crucial period of time in which its environmental quality is approaching a turning point while its good environmental governance system is taking shape. China’s green transformation has received enough political will，a specific road map as well as concrete strategic objectives and measures；a multi-path，multi-participant pattern of governance has been emerging. Under China’s overall program of developing an ecological civilization，domestic efforts in the area of environmental protection have been characterized by comprehensive development of ecological civilization and a focus on key projects since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC）.
