环保部没有起诉紫金矿业发人深省
文章摘要：福建紫金矿业污染事件发生后，北京大学著名环境法学家汪劲通过媒体公开发表专家观点，认为环保部应该起诉紫金矿业；尔后，民间环保组织重庆市绿色志愿者联合会（以下简称重庆绿联）正式向环保部提出复议申请，并向环保部发出起诉紫金矿业的建议书。2010年12月13日，环保部正式回复重庆绿联，以重庆绿联与紫金矿业无利害关系驳回重庆绿联的复议申请。环保部不出手起诉紫金矿业的做法发人深省。
Abstract:After the contamination crisis caused by Zijin Mining Group Co.，Ltd. （Zijin） in southeast China’s Fujian Province，Mr. Wang Jing，the famous environmental jurist from Peking University appealed to China’s Ministry of Environmental Protection （MOEP） to bring a lawsuit against the company.
