节能减排的拐点真的出现了吗

Abstract:As a key year of energy-saving，we had faced difficulties together with opportunities in our work of energy-saving and emission reduction. Based on the analysis our domestic energy-saving & emission reduction situation，this article indicates that the pressure of reaching the target figure of energy-saving & greenhouse gas emissions has not to lift yet. We should not too optimistic about the so-called “turning point is here”. And we must be alert to the false figures reported in the energy-saving & emission reduction. This article also gives us an outlook at the situation of energy-saving & emission reduction under the background of economic crisis.
