江苏粮食生产与规模经营的现状及推进策略

Abstract:It pays attention to the healthy development of grain production and scale management in Jiangsu Province. For years very great advances were made in production level，production conditions，rural manager and system of technology and service. In the past three years，there were many natural disasters and international market fluctuations. They brought a big impact on grain scale manager. It will become more difficult to protect cultivated land and adjust product structure than before. There has been a rapid increase in production costs. Farmland infrastructure and scale management didn't match. The manager's capacity was limited. These polices of protection weren't enough. In brief，the weakness of grain has not been changed. In order to build a new era of food security strategy and a new pattern of modern food industry，the government needs to take some measures，which include improving the comprehensive capacity of grain，increasing the level of technology and service，promoting the integration of the three industries，and perfecting the support system，and so on.
