以产业结构调整促进江苏富民进程的研究

Abstract:Compensation of employees is the main source of residents' income，and is the main content of enriching the people.According to the theory of factor income distribution，the labor share in GDP will first decrease and then increase with the development of economy and the upgrading of industrial structure，which looks like aUshaped curve.In this paper，the empirical test shows that compared with Shanghai，Zhejiang and Guangdong，the proportion of Jiangsu's per capita disposable income in GDP is relatively low，which lies in the relatively slow adjustment of industrial structure，and the adjustment of employment structure lags behind，and the industrialand service sectors still based on the traditionalparts.Accordingly，this papersuggests developing modern service industry，strengthening industrial convergence，building modern industrial system and accelerating the transfer of labor force to the service sector.
