Abstract:The 19th National Congress of CPC reports emphasize that from now to 2020，it is a decisive period for the completion of a well-off society in an all-round way，and it is also the intersection of the“Two Centenary Goals”. Jiangsu should fully solve the imbalance and inadequate problems in the developmentto achieve the goals. At present，Jiangsu should solve the three“imbalances”on regional development，income distribution and economy-society development，and three“insufficiencies”on technological innovation，social security and ecological protection. The following aspects should be emphasized. First，improvethe regional innovation system to promote the ability of innovation to lead the transformation and development of the economy and focus on the guidance of common prosperity to form a long-term mechanism for the growth of urban and rural residents' income. Second，improve the well-being of the people's livelihood to a higher level and tocarry out the strategy of revitalizing the country. Third，establish the concept of ecological civilization to build a more beautiful Jiangsu and promote the interconnection of the elements of resources to increase the coordinated development of the region.
