Firstly, Jilin Province modern service industry cluster development status were analyzed, pointed out that the current Jilin Province modern service industry agglomeration district construction has entered a rapid development track, but compared with the developed provinces, there is still not a small gap; then it points out that modern service industry agglomeration in Jilin province existing in the construction and development of the problem, including single small scale, low industrial level, the focus is not prominent, public platform construction level is not high, the lack of effective management mechanism; then put forward the countermeasure and suggestion to speed up the development of Jilin modern service industry cluster, play their own advantages by highlighting, push forward the modern agriculture, manufacturing integration interactive, and cultural province, the green development strategy of integration and interaction, integration and regional economic integration; the key to develop modern logistics set Poly District, software and service outsourcing base, characteristics of cultural and Creative Industry Park, modern electronic commerce industry gathering area, urban commercial complex; through bold innovative institutional mechanisms, better play role of government functions and effective measures, efforts to promote the Jilin Province modern service industry agglomeration district construction to achieve new and greater development.
