Abstract:In recent years, the "food bank" significantly accelerate the pace of development in the major grain producing areas. Firstly at home and abroad to "food bank" development status was analyzed, and pointed out the solve farmer grain storage difficult problems, increase the farmers' income, optimize the living environment of farmers etc. plays a significant role in; second, it describes the Jilin provincial "food bank" development and facing the problems, such as quality is not high, industry operating system is not standardized, regulatory system is not perfect, stored grain farmers greater risk problems. Then it puts forward to establish a modern grain logistics system, implementation of the "food bank" industry access system, set up industry regulatory system, improve the risk prevention mechanism, strengthen the government's guidance on the development of Jilin Province "food bank" countermeasures and suggestions.
