Abstract:This paper first analyzes the development level of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province, pointed out that the "12th Five Year" period, the achievement of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province, the province's agricultural output level, agricultural production conditions, the level of quality of life of farmers, agricultural sustainable development level has achieved leapfrog development, narrowing the gap with the national average level of development; but at the same time also exist in the process of development problems, such as inadequate investment in agriculture, the main agricultural production, low cultural quality of agricultural management system needs to be improved, farmers' income leads to less capital accumulation ability is low, agriculture industrial structure should be further optimized; therefore, further put forward the development idea of promoting agricultural modernization, should establish a new agricultural management system, the innovation of agricultural financial service system, promote the reform of rural property rights system, improve agricultural Industry production capacity in the thirteen five period, to achieve better development.
