经济危机下的中国能源发展对策

Abstract:This report mainly analyzes China’s macro economic，Macro-control policies and energy industry，which are influenced by global economic crisis，triggered by subprime mortgage crisis in America. And then，we point out the challenges faced by energy industry. Consequently，we briefly introduce the operating situations of energy industry in 2008，and make predictions on the development trend of coal，petroleum，electric power and other energy sectors. Finally，under the circumstances of global economic crisis，we propose the countermeasures of China’s energy industry，which are based on the comprehensive implementation of the Theory of Scientific Development，the development of energy conservation & emission reduction，and the construction of environment-friendly society.
