Abstract:China’s rapid economic development has led to China’s increasing demand for energy，raising some problems such as energy structural contradictions. Promoting international energy cooperation and building a platform of national energy interests，is a pivotal element of China’s long-term energy strategy. In the case of analysis of the status quo of China’s energy security，combined with China’s international energy cooperation modes，we can build an important platform of national energy interests. First，with stable oil supply Middle East，continue to develop for diversification of energy-importing countries. Second，followed in accordance with the“12th Five-Year plan”，develop the new energy technology and form a new situation in the diversification of energy sources. Simultaneous analysis of the 2011 energy event，from the“Arab Spring”to the impact of the European debt crisis on China’s international energy cooperation，this paper analyzes the importance of cooperation with other countries，and makes a summary judgment. Considering the micro and macro factors，this paper analyzes the energy situation and prospects of international cooperation，to plan ahead for building the platform of the national energy interests.
