合同能源管理：迈入发展关键时期
文章摘要：合同能源管理对于我国现阶段减少能耗和节约资源发挥着巨大作用。随着我国税收扶持、金融服务等加快推进合同能源管理发展的相关政策出台，合同能源管理迈入了发展关键时期。本报告分析我国最近几年合同能源管理在各行业发展现状后，在学习欧美国家先进经验的基础上，从政策、财税、管理等方面给出评价和建议。
