分报告八 21世纪以来中国石油进口变化及影响

Abstract:China’s（crude）oil import is the concerned problem of energy industry home and abroad，as well as the economic circles.Whether importing large quantities of crude oil will affect our domestic and foreign trade balance and sustained economic development or not is questioned by many people.Diversified import sources are the important policy to safeguard energy security.In this regard，what progress do we have？The writer analyzed these issues by utilizing relevant data of this century （i.e.2000-2008） of China’s oil import，and pointed out that：（1）China’s oil imports’ rapid development guaranteed China’s oil supply，thereby contributing to economic development；（2）the diversification of oil imports is one of the fundamental policy that all oil-consuming countries took.China made huge efforts during this process and got good results，but further work needs to be done.
