Abstract:In 2009，significant changes of China’s oil industry happened one after another.Domestically，oil production maintained a gentle contraction.Downstream processing production capacity of petroleum and petrochemical expanded rapidly.Oil and gas infrastructure constructed fast.The process of market-oriented pricing mechanism of the oil industry has gone through rapid onrush controversial.The field of energy science realized technology innovation actively.Internationally，China not only realized the globalization expansion of oil and gas assets，but also built and solidified the “new security system for the international oil trade comprehensively through bilateral oil cooperation between countries of new trade patterns”，which promoted China’s oil security situation further strengthened.Overall，in 2009，by the objective historical opportunity given by the sharp slowdown of global economic trends，China’s oil industry achieved a comprehensive development in the context of favorable conditions of globalization of resources，as well as the accelerated transfer of worldwide petroleum industry.
