分报告十一 绿色指数：能源企业评价新维度

Abstract:In order to respond to the calling on “energy saving and pollution reducing” from government in The Eleventh Five-Year Plan，and actually improve the working efficiency on it，under the support of the leaders and experts from the relative department such as National Development and Reform Commission，State Enviro-nmental Protection Administration，NPC Environment and Eenergy Committee etc.，the China Economy and Technology Research and Consultation Co.，Ltd.of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences ceremoniously introduce “Chinese Energy Sources Enterprises Green Evaluation System”. The Evaluation System takes the Energy Sources Enterprises as the evaluation object，executes according to the relative laws and rules，and takes science，system，pertinency and operationality as the evaluation principle，it mainly adopts analytic hierarchy process aimed to scale the working effect of enterprise “energy saving and environment protection”.
