Abstract:Energy is the important material basis of life and development for the human beings.With the rapid development of global economy in recent years，energy security has become one of the outstanding bottlenecks in restricting development of countries around the whole world，especially the development of developing countries.Petroleum security is the core of China’s energy security.The report elaborates strategic measures for ensuring China’s energy security from aspects of industry development of petroleum，natural gas，new resource and renewable resource etc.Besides，the report explores questions of how to carry out new energy security concept and how to realize China’s energy transformation strategy in depth.
