分报告七 能源低碳背景下中国产业结构发展方向
文章摘要：21世纪以来，我国经济一直保持快速增长的势态，其产业结构也出现显著的重化工业化趋势。由于重工业化的推进方式具有明显的粗放型和外延性特点，导致能源产品高消耗和供给紧张，随之带来的对环境破坏的影响也被迅速放大。现阶段，中国经济要实现可持续发展，就必须解决经济发展与资源环境约束之间的矛盾。因此，如何使能源低碳化与中国产业结构结合成为本文要探讨的问题。
