分报告六 山西省国家资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验区
文章摘要：2010年12月，国务院正式批准设立山西省为“国家资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验区”。作为我国首个全省域、全方位、系统性的综合配套改革试验区，“山西转型综改区”享有“先行先试”权。该区以“以煤为基，多元发展”为主线，以“在产业结构多元化发展中创新传统的煤炭能源产业，以及发展壮大新型能源产业，培育新型工业支柱产业”为突破口，努力实现转型发展、跨越发展。
