Abstract:As the ultimate energy choice of satisfying social sustainable development，the development of new energy industry is not only effectively supplementary measure for the whole power supply system，but also a key way to environmental governance and ecology protection. In the global game of low carbon economy，the new energy has been granted the role of strategic commanding point in the future，and has attracted lots of attention. In the national Twelfth Five-Year Plan，cultivating and developing the new energy industries，such as nuclear power，wind energy，solar power and biomass energy，is becoming a very significant task. In the next ten years，the new energy industry will enter the stage of rapid growth with a broad space for development.
