河南省中长期电力外引方案比选研究

Abstract:Henan power supply and depends mainly relies on coal-fired generating units. Under the background that state explicitly requested that the total coal consumption in Henan should be reduced by 10% during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period，further expansion of the introduction of extra electricity would be of great significance for optimizing the power supply structure and enhancing energy security capability. This paper analyzes the demand and supply of long-term electricity in Henan Province，and on the basis of discussing the potential of electricity delivery from other energy bases in other provinces，also analyzes the feasibility of expanding the scale of electricity utilization in Henan. From these five aspects：economy，sustainability，cleanliness，safety& reliability and load matching，this paper compares and selects the power export schemes of hydropower，new energy and thermal power base outside the province，and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Henan to expand the scale of electric power outsourcing.
