河南省农村“煤改电”清洁供暖研究及政策建议

Abstract:It is an important measure to implement the policy of rejuvenating the countryside，strengthening the management of the atmospheric environment，and promoting the substitution of electric energy by promoting the winter clean heating in the transmission channels of air pollution in Henan Province. As one of the effective technical means of clean heating，“coal to electricity” has broad application prospects. The rural areas in the northern part of Henan Province are vast，and the implementation of the “coal to electricity” clean heating faces a rare historical opportunity and a good basic environment as well as many difficulties and problems. Vigorously promoting the “coal to electricity” clean heating needs local conditions. We have to choose a reasonable technical route and business model according to the technical and economic characteristics of different electric heating solutions. In the future，Henan needs to promote and increase policy support，improve building energy efficiency and strengthen distribution network construction，effectively protect the clean heating of coal to electricity and implement it smoothly.
