河南省煤电灵活性改造研究

Abstract:With the impact of the slowing down power demand、new energy rapid expansion and continual increase input from TianZhong Direct-Current，the pressure of peak shaving is tremendous. Especially in winter，the coal power unit’s minimum adjustable output is substantial increasing because of supplying heat. Based on the study of policy and technology of flexibility transformation，this paper proposes policy and technology recommendations on flexibility transformation of Henan coal power unit. It has the realistic meaning for the coal power unit changing the position and accepting more and more new energy power.
