文章摘要：本文通过对比国内四个自由贸易试验区的建设情况，具体结合我国上海自由贸易试验区建设过程中的成果以及存在的一些问题，探索广东和深圳自由贸易试验区建设的整体方向和功能定位，科学稳步推进深圳自由贸易试验区的贸易便利化和自由化发展，以保障自由贸易试验区内货物、资本、人才的自由流动，从而拓展我国经济的增长空间，确保经济发展的稳定持续性。
