文章摘要：改革开放以来，广东高等教育服务业开放取得了明显成绩，通过系统梳理和分析广东高等教育服务业“走出去”和“引进来”的情况，并运用层次分析法测算，广东高等教育开放度为1.307，远远低于上海与北京的开放程度，这样的开放程度明显滞后于当地经济、社会的对外开放程度，严重影响广东教育的“高地”建设。为了进一步扩大广东高等教育开放，特提出相关建议：坚持“引进来”与“走出去”相结合的原则；积极服务“一带一路”发展战略；坚持统筹兼顾与重点推进相结合的原则；... 展开
