Abstract:Building and upward-flowing are the core requests of Macau middle class. In order to satisfy the requests, Macau SAR government formulates housing policy and education policy. Meanwhile, the government should pay more close attention to the middle class. In the future policy practice of the SAR government, the government should make such policy based on the request of the middle class, which helps to satisfy the building request of the middle class, and cultivates the growth of the middle class. The government should avoid to squeeze middle class, thus to build up a solid foundation of harmonious society.
