Abstract:This Article discusses three recent advances of Macaology. The first one is Prolegomenon：a historical review. It summarizes the academic research works in last 30 years which includes having held multi academic seminars which discussed many subjects for Macaology；Academia discussed the relating theories for Macaologic definite，research fields，research requirements，etc. The second one is Recent Advance of Macaology：Theoreticalization and Internationalization. It summarizes the academic research work in 2010 which includes holding the first international symposium；forming academic research bases for Macaology；academic attention continued to pay to Macaology，and putting forward fresh ideas and perspectives. The third one is Existing Problems and Future Advance. It summarizes the following problems which are needed to be solved in the future research works which are lacking a higher and broader research view and a probable paradigm while the research was limited to one period of time and one place for a long period in the theoretical view；Materials construction still being difficulty for research work；persons of academic ability being also the bottleneck for Macaologic research advance.
