澳门参与横琴岛开发的现状与政策建议

Abstract:Hengqin Island and Macau are very close to each other，and just within a stone’s throw. Following the announcement and implementation of “The Outline of the Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta. （2008-2020）” and “Hengqin Island Overall Development Planning”，The development of Hengqin Island will help the diversification of Macau economy and establishment of “World Leisure Travelling Centre” by providing more available land resources. Hengqin Island will be best place for Macau/ Guangdong Cooperation during The National 12th Five-Year Plan （2011-15） period. Macau is now actively involving itself in the Hengqin Island development. This paper studies and analyzes the status quote of Macau’s involvement in Hengqin Island development and it’s related issues，then bring up few suggestions and countermeasures，including Innovative entering/leaving control management，Allowing Macau residents directly involve in Hengqin Island’s development and management，Implement “Common Tourism Market” policy to integrate resources and create synergy effect. And jointly build up “World Leisure Travelling Zone” in Macau and Hengqin Island.
