2008~2020年澳门“世界旅游休闲中心”的建设与发展

Abstract:After ten years of exploration，the vision of “world centre of tourism and leisure” has reached broad consensus in the community of Macau. Its constructed has been fully commenced. The tourism sector has become a priority industry，whose achievements have attracted worldwide attention. The construction of the “centre” has demonstrated the following characteristics：requirement for further optimisation of the profile of visitors；the generally harmonious host-guest relationship is on deterioration；unsatisfactory overall leisurely atmosphere；low participation of practitioners in a government-dominated industrial development；requirement for further enhancement of the profitability of the increasingly comprehensive spectrum of tourism and leisure products and services；transformation of mentality in regional cooperation for isolation to collaboration；severe shortage and imbalanced structure of local manpower. To push forward the construction of the “centre”，an indicator system，“holistic tourism”，further deepening of regional cooperation，“smart tourism” and innovative measures to resolve the bottleneck of human resources should be studied and implemented.
