经济适度多元化发展：政策导向与实施途径
文章摘要：经济适度多元化是政府为避免澳门博彩业“一业独大”的产业结构带来经济的波动而提出的系列政策，几经发展，多元化的政策导向已经明确，本文对相应政策做了梳理分析，并检验了政策效果。进入2015年，博彩收入继续下跌，政府财政适当收缩。在经济调整和产业转型时期，加快深化多元化发展的要求更加迫切。本文提出若干建议，以期推动经济适度多元化的进一步实践。
