2015年博彩业中期检讨：现状与趋势分析
文章摘要：本文尝试从一个新角度对博彩业中期检讨的内容进行总结，分别从法律法规、专营合约、监管架构、贵宾厅及中介人制度和社会成本五个方面展开讨论。对澳门博彩业开放竞争以来的发展做出简要回顾，讨论博彩业发展过程中出现的问题，以及未来发展的趋势。本文认为，虽然博彩业目前面临下滑的挑战，但社会大可不必对澳门经济失去信心。同时，政府可以认真全面检讨澳门博彩监管架构、法规及相关政策存在的不足。
Abstract:This article summarises the content of gaming industry mid-term review in legal，contractual，regulatory，VIP rooms and social cost aspects. It provides a brief review of the liberalisation of Macao’s gaming industry，and discusses the issues of the opening process and the development trend in the future.
