县域生态文明建设的“黟县模式”——黟县打造“生态文明建设安徽样板”的实践

Abstract:General Party Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the idea of building an Anhui Model for Ecological Civility Development during his inspection tour in Anhui. As an important effort to build an Anhui Model for Ecological Civility Development，Yixian County has actively conducted environmental cleanup and ecological civility development，and gradually formed a model with government leadership at the center，with green development and systemic governance as guidelines，and with grassroots institutional innovation，ecology plus and general participation as priorities. The Yixian County Model for ecological civility development has achieved triple wins in terms of economic benefits，ecological benefits and social benefits. Yixian County Model has significant values for promotion and application. Nonetheless，Qixian County still has some bottlenecks in its ecological civility development.
