2019年“一带一路”能源合作研究

Abstract:As the main force of the Belt and Road Initiative，Oil and gas companies actively implement the “going global” strategy. The scale of overseas investment expands，the scope of cooperation is enlarged，the level of cooperation is continuously deepening，and the mode of cooperation is continuously innovated.The Belt and Road Initiative connects the two major energy consumption markets in Europe and Asia with the main energy supply regions in the Middle East，Central Asia，and Russia. In the Belt and Road region，energy is an important competitiveness of some countries，but it is also a shortcoming in the development of other countries. Strengthening energy cooperation is in the common interest of regional countries and brings important development opportunities for countries in that region. Significant differences in legal systems and other aspects also pose serious challenges to cooperation.
