文章摘要：进入21世纪后，日本人口老龄化程度不断提高，严重影响社会保障制度的可持续发展。如何实现老龄化社会的健康发展成为日本政府亟须解决的问题。通过数年来的努力，日本在健康老龄化方面取得显著成效。本报告通过系统梳理日本健康老龄化的状况，分析其相关制度改革和市场发展状况，以为我国将来健康老龄化的顺利实现提供一些合理化建议。
