2012~2019年中国能源企业东盟直接投资安全与对策

Abstract:Since the “Belt and Road” initiative was launched six years ago，China has formed trade cooperation relations with countries and regions along the route in such fields as energy，metals，real estate，and transportation. Among them，the energy sector accounts for more than half of the total OFDI in the “Belt and Road” industry，and cooperation with ASEAN countries also shows this trend. Chinese energy companies have ushered in new opportunities in resource utilization and market development in ASEAN countries，and the investment security issues they face in the process of seeking transnational cooperation in energy resources cannot be ignored. This article analyzes the current situation of Chinese energy companies’ investment in ASEAN countries，and proposes security measures for energy companies’ direct investment in ASEAN based on the issues and risks of direct investment to provide some theoretical help for subsequent direct investment by energy companies.
