文章摘要:中国对东盟文化产品出口是否依靠本地市场效应推动,不同细分文化产品的情况又是如何?本文针对这些问题,采用2008~2017年中国与东盟国家文化产品双边贸易的面板数据,应用双向固定效应模型检验了中国对东盟文化产品整体、分产品出口的本地市场效应。研究的主要结论是:虽然中国对东盟文化产品出口整体不存在本地市场效应,但分产品中绘画、手工艺、书籍检测出存在本地市场效应,且本地市场效应超过传统相对要素禀赋成为这三类产品出口的主要动因;东盟国家较低的收入水平、第三国市场效应及同质化的产品是中国对东盟文化产品出口不存在本地市场效应的可能原因;手工艺产品出口存在本地市场效应,反映了中国与越南、印尼、菲律宾的地缘政治因素并未对手工艺品的出口产生实质的影响。

Abstract:Does China’s export of cultural products from ASEAN rely on the home market effect,and how is the situation of different cultural products?In response to these problems,this paper uses the panel data of bilateral trade of cultural products between China and ASEAN countries in 2008-2017,and applies the two-way fixed effect model to test the home market effect of China’s exports of ASEAN cultural products and sub-products. The main conclusion of the study is that although China does not have a home market effect on the export of cultural products of ASEAN,the home market effect is detected in paintings,crafts and books,and the home market effect exceeds the traditional relative factor endowment to become the main driver of the export of these three types of products;The lower income level of ASEAN countries,the market effect of third countries and homogenized products are the possible reasons for China’s lack of home market effects on the export of cultural products of ASEAN;The export of handicraft products has a home market effect,reflecting the South China Sea The problem is that the geopolitical factors of China and Vietnam,Indonesia,and the Philippines have not had a substantial impact on the export of handicrafts.
