Abstract:Village （Community） affairs publicity is the basis and premise of grassroots self-governance. Since the inception of the new era，Tianjia’an District of Huainan City has adopted a problem-oriented approach，using the concept of Internet + supervision to innovate methods for village （community） affairs publicity，and created an Internet + supervision platform for transparent village （community） affairs disclosure. Through the implementation of ‘Three Disclosure’s and Three Transparence’s’，the publicity content becomes more comprehensive；by adhering to the “six steps”，the disclosure procedures are more rigorous；by establishing a supervision committee，open implementation is guaranteed；by strengthening leadership，and standardizing the operation，the disclosure process is more transparent. The platform construction has achieved positive results，which has effectively guaranteed the people’s right to know，the right to participate in decision-making，and the right to supervise，increased the transparency and credibility of the exercise of grassroots power，and promoted the building of grassroots Party working style and clean governance. In order to further promote the institutionalization and standardization of village （community） affairs publicity mechanisms and improve grassroots governance modernization，it is necessary to optimize system software and promote the overall linkage of smart applications；strengthen the coordination and collaboration of departments and improve the supervision mechanism；pay attention to practical and pragmatic results，and choose appropriate methods for disclosure；adhere to the guidance of Party building，and improve and innovate grassroots self-governance system.
