2019年“老乡回家”创业困境与发展路径研究

Abstract:In recent years，the issue of returning home to start a business has drawn widespread attention from all walks of life，among which the issue of returning migrant workers starting a business is still the focus of research. Through 991 questionnaire surveys in Anhui Province，data was collected regarding the basic conditions of individuals and families，work and income before homecoming，occupations，training and entrepreneurship after homecoming，so as to grasp the subjective entrepreneurial willingness，content，dilemma and its influencing factors. Quantitative and qualitative research methods are employed to analyze the basic characteristics of ‘hometown’ entrepreneurship in Anhui Province and the dilemmas it faces. The analysis reveals that ‘hometown’ entrepreneurship faces multiple problems. In addition to the basic characteristics of individuals and family factors，insufficient funding is the primary problem，and more than half of the hometown entrepreneurs lack confidence in their entrepreneurial behavior with slightly insufficient potential for further development.Finally，development paths to support ‘hometown’ entrepreneurship in Anhui are constructed from multiple perspectives such as government policies，entrepreneurship education and training systems，funding support systems，and professional research platforms.
